Our Guarantee
We stand behind Vytian with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us within 90 days of your order date and we'll refund the full cost of your product — no forms, no hassle, no questions asked.
No Return Shipping Required
You do not need to send anything back to us for a standard refund. Once we confirm your order details, your refund is processed to your original payment method.
How to Request a Refund
Email contact@vytian.com with your order number and a brief note that you'd like a refund. We'll process it within 3 to 5 business days; please allow an additional 3 to 5 days for your bank to post it.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us with your order number (photos help but aren't required). We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — including original shipping — at no cost to you.
Orders Lost in Transit
If your order hasn't arrived within 21 days of shipment, contact us and we'll issue a full refund or a free reshipment.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it hasn't shipped yet. Email contact@vytian.com with your order number to cancel.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of damaged, faulty, incorrect, or lost-in-transit orders (see above).
Refund Abuse
We reserve the right to decline refund requests where we have documented evidence of abuse — including serial refund activity, fraudulent payment methods, or requests made in bad faith. This does not affect good-faith requests made within the guarantee window.
